Biography: Dr. Rohr completed his internal medicine residency program here at the Cook County Hospital in 2000. He then served as a Chief Medicine Resident from 2000 to 2001 for Firm C before joining the Division of General Internal Medicine as a Clinician-Educator in 2001.
His clinical work in primary care is based out of one of Cook County's satellite clinics in the Austin neighborhood on Chicago's west side. His other clinical work has been attending on inpatient wards and Co-management service at Stroger Hospital.
Dr. Rohr's main academic role was that of site director for the Internal Medicine Sub-Internship until becoming the Associate Firm Chief for Firm C in 2016.
Dr. Rohr received the Firm C Resident Humanitarian Award twice during his residency and the Firm C Medical Student Teaching award as an attending.
