Dr. Anshu Singh is now the Firm Chief for Firm C after being Associate Firm C Chief since 2009. Dr Singh brings with him immense clinical experience and “common-sense-medicine”. He was a resident and Chief Medical Resident earlier in Firm C itself. Dr Singh had completed post graduate training in Medicine and practice medicine in India prior his arrival at John H Stroger Hospital.
Dr. Singh successfully completed curriculum development fellowship from Michigan State University and curriculum development and evaluation is his area of expertise. He is currently one of the key persons who are putting in place a curriculum to teach Quality Improvement to our residents.
Dr. Singh also has training in Time Management, Academic Career Planning, Meaningful Use of Electronic Means for Education, Principles of Instruction and residents benefit immensely from his mentoring. Currently, Dr Singh is working on a curriculum to teach clinical reasoning to residents.
